Kaikki Pilvilinnan ja Kuunsillan asukkaat ovat tervetulleita asukastoimikunnan järjestämiin tapahtumiin. Asukastoimikunta tarjoaa kaikissa tapahtumissa pientä syötävää ja alkoholitonta juotavaa. Jokainen osallistuja saa myös Kuunsillan kerhotilan varauskupongin, jolla voi varata kerhotilan yhdeksi päiväksi yksityistilaisuutta varten.
Kasvimaatalkoot lauantaina 6.9. kello 12
Kitketään rikkaruohot ja siistitään Pilvilinnan kasvimaa. Samalla suunnitellaan myöhemmin syksyllä pidettäviä isompia talkoita, joissa rakennetaan kasvimaalle viljelylaatikoita. Talkoiden osallistujat ovat etusijalla, kun kasvipalstoja jaetaan keväällä 2015.
Kyläsuunnistus perjantaina 19.9.
Kaikki TYSsin asukkaat ovat tervetulleita kiertämään eri asuntokohteissa. Nopeimmin kaikki rastit löytäville luvassa haalarimerkki. Kuunsillan rasti on kerhotilassa (S-rappu, päiväkodin yläkerta) kello 16-19.
Tutustumisilta keskiviikkona 24.9. kello 17-22
Tule tutustumaan Kuunsillan kerhotilaan, asukastoimikuntaan ja naapureihisi! Paikallissuunnistuksen voittajatiimille luvassa herkullinen palkinto. Lenkkisaunat lämpimänä kello 19-22, naiset saunassa 2 ja miehet saunassa 3, oma pyyhe mukaan. Ohjelma sopii sekä lapsille että aikuisille.
Asukaskokous keskiviikkona 8.10. kello 18
Kuunsillan ja Pilvilinnan yhteinen asukaskokous pidetään Kuunsillan kerhotilassa. Kokouksessa päätetään kerhotilojen käyttösäännöistä, annetaan lausunto TYS:n vuokranmäärityksestä 2015 sekä valitaan asukastoimikunnan jäsenet. Kaikki 18 vuotta täyttäneet asukkaat ovat äänioikeutettuja ja vaalikelpoisia. Pizzatarjoilu!

Pilvilinnan 7i-talon kerhotila sisustetaan viihtyisämmäksi. Kaikki Kuunsillan ja Pilvilinnan asukkaat voivat varata kerhotilan käyttöönsä. Avaimen saa avainhenkilö Heidiltä: heidi.karvonen[ät]gmail.com.

All tenants of Pilvilinna and Kuunsilta are welcome to events organized by the Tenants' Committee. The Committee serves snacks and soft drinks in all events. Every participant will also get a Kuunsilta Common Room Voucher which entitles to one reservation in the Common Room for no cost.
Fix the Garden Plots on Saturday 6th September at 12 o'clock
Let's weed out unwanted plants and make the Garden Plots of Pilvilinna look pretty. Plans will be made for the next garden community effort to build garden boxes in the Garden Plot area. Those who participate will get the first place in queue for Garden Plots in 2015.
TYS Village Orienteering on Friday 19th September
All TYS tenants are invited to take a look around different housing locations. Those who are the quickest to find all control points get a badge for the student overall costume. The control point of Kuunsilta is in the Common Room (building S, upstairs of the daycare) from 4pm to 7pm.
Get to know the place and people on Wednesday 24th September,
from 5pm to 10pm
Come to see what the Kuunsilta Common Room, the Tenants' Committee and your neighbours look like! Winner team of Local Orienteering will get a delicious prize. Free joggers' saunas are warm from 7pm to 10pm, women in sauna 2 and men in sauna 3, bring your own towel. The program is suited for both families and adults.
Tenants' Meeting on Wednesday 8th October
The joined Tenants' Meeting of Kuunsilta and Pilvilinna will be held in the Common Room of Kuunsilta. The meeting will decide about rules of using Common Rooms, give tenants' opinion about TYS rent rates in 2015, and elect members to the Tenants' Committee. All tenants who are 18 years or older have the right to vote and are eligible for election. Pizza will be served in the meeting!

Naisten olohuone aloittaa 26.8.2014
Naisten olohuone on naapuruston naisten oma oleskelupaikka, jossa voi tavata muita ja sosialisoida myös talven pimeydessä, kun ulkona ei kehenkään törmää. Tule yksin tai lasten kanssa, tarjolla teetä ja joskus keksejäkin. Täällä voi tehdä käsitöitä, istua, jutella, venytellä tai vaikka vain olla. Parittomien viikkojen tiistai-iltaisin kello 17:30-19:30 Kuunsillan kerhotilassa päiväkodin yläkerrassa. Jos ovi on lukossa, kolkuta ja odota hetki. Kuunsillan kellarivarastot
Kuunsillan irtaimistovarastot sijaitsevat S-rapun eli päiväkotirakennuksen kellarissa.
// The storage cabins in Kuunsilta are located in the basement of building S, downstairs of the daycare.
Matkalla varastokopille tulee vastaan monta ovea, jotka saa auki kotiavaimilla. Ulko-oven jälkeen tulee kaksi väliovea - voit joutua kurkistamaan molempien taakse, jotta löydät sinun asuntoosi kuuluvan varastokopin. // You will have to open many doors to get to your storage cabin. Your home keys will work on all those doors. Behind the outermost door there will be two doors, the left and the right one - and you may have to check both of them when looking for the storage cabin assigned to your apartment.
Vasemmanpuoleisen oven takana on vielä yksi ovi, jonka takana on lisää varastokoppeja. // Behind the left door there is one more door, and behind that door there are still more storage cabins.
TYS on lukinnut tyhjät kopit, jotta kukaan ei ottaisi naapurin koppia luvattomasti käyttöön. Kun haluat kopin käyttöösi, pyydä huoltomiehiä poistamaan lukko tekemällä vikailmoitus TYS:n nettisivulla. Sen jälkeen voit laittaa tilalle oman lukkosi. // TYS has locked unused storage cabins to make sure that your storage cabin is not filled with other people's stuff when you move in. When you want to use your storage cabin, ask the maintenance men to remove the lock via the Notice of Defects Form on TYS website. After that you can bring your own padlock to lock the storage cabin.
