Kuunsillan ja Pilvilinnan asukastoimikunnat järjestävät yhteistyössä tutustumisillan uusille ja vanhoille asukkaille keskiviikkona 26.9.2012. Ohjelmassa on ainakin sauna, lautapelejä ja hengailua Kuunsillan kerhotilassa. Asukastoimikunta tarjoaa pientä purtavaa. Kellonajoista tiedotetaan tarkemmin, kun ohjelma varmistuu.
Kuunsillan ja Pilvilinnan asukastoimikuntien yhteinen kokous pidetään maanantaina 1.10.2012 kello 18.30. Kokouksessa valmistellaan asukastoimikunnan lausuntoa TYS:n ensi vuoden budjetista ja vuokranmäärityksestä. Myös asukkaat voivat ehdottaa asioita asukastoimikunnan käsiteltäväksi.
Lokakuun alkupuolella järjestetään syksyn asukaskokous. Asukaskokouksessa valitaan vuoden 2013 asukastoimikunta, ja voidaan ehdottaa asukkaiden edustajia TYS:n hallitukseen ja valtuuskuntaan kaudelle 2013-2015. Asukaskokouksessa voidaan myös ehdottaa TYS:n tilintarkastajaa vuodeksi 2013. Jos sinulla on mielipide siitä, mitä asukastoimikunnan pitäisi ensi vuonna tehdä, tai kuka sopisi edustamaan asukkaiden näkökulmaa TYS:n päätöksenteossa, tule kertomaan se asukaskokoukseen! Jos et pääse paikalle kokouspäivänä, voit myös ilmoittaa mielipiteesi asukastoimikunnalle sähköpostitse ennen kokousta.
Seuraava Ravintolapäivä järjestetään 17.11.2012. Asukastoimikunta tarjoaa jälleen kerhotilan halukkaiden ravintoloitsijoiden käyttöön.
Tenants' Committees of Kuunsilta and Pilvilinna are organizing an event for new and old tenants to get to know each other. The event will be held in the evening on Wednesday, September 26. There will be sauna, board games and hanging out in the Common Room of Kuunsilta. Tenants' Committee will serve snacks. The exact time of the event will be annonced as soon as we know our plans better.
A meeting of Tenants' Committees of Kuunsilta and Pilvilinna will be held on Monday, October 1 at 6.30pm. The Tenants' Committees will plan on forming an opinion about TYS's budget and prices of rents in 2013. All tenants may also suggest topics that Tenants' Committees should discuss.
There will be a general All Tenants' Meeting in the beginning of October (but we haven't decided the date yet). The All Tenants' Meeting will elect members for the Tenants' Committee of 2013 and may suggest members to the Administrative Board of TYS for 2013-2015 and an auditor of TYS for 2013. If you have an opinion about what the Tenants' Committee should do next year, or who would be the perfect person to speak from the tenants' point of view in the Administrative Board of TYS, make sure you tell it in the All Tenants' Meeting! If you can't come to the meeting, you can tell your opinion to the Tenants' Committee before the meeting via email.
The next Restaurant Day will be held on November 17. The Tenants' Committee of Kuunsilta will open the door of the Common Room, so the room can serve as a restaurant.
