Toukokuun Ravintolapäivä 18.5.2013

Pilvilinnan ja Kuunsillan asukastoimikunta avaa kerhotilan ovet Ravintolapäivän myyjille ja asiakkaille. Lounas on katettu kello 11.00-14.50 ja päivällinen kello 15.10-19.00. Asukastoimikunta myy kahvia ja teetä, ja muut myyjät kaikkea muuta. Alkoholia ei saa myydä.

Kumpaankin myyntivuoroon mahtuu neljä myyjää, joille kerhotila tarjoaa myyntipöydän. Lisäksi on tilaa kolmelle myyjälle, jotka tuovat mukanaan oman pöydän. Pilvilinnan, Kuunsillan ja Kotivalon asukkaat voivat ilmoittautua myyjiksi lähettämällä sähköpostia asukastoimikunnalle (tys.kuunsilta[a]gmail.com). Kerro ilmoittautuessasi, haluatko mieluummin lounas- vai päivällisvuoroon, ja tuotko mukanasi oman pöydän. Voit varata myyntipaikan yksin tai muutaman hengen tiiminä - kavereiden kanssa se on hauskempaa!

Myyjiltä ei peritä maksua myyntipaikasta, mutta kaikkien myyjien on osallistuttava kerhotilan siivoamiseen tapahtuman aikana tai sen jälkeen. Ne myyjät, jotka tuovat mukanaan omat paperilautaset, saavat vapautuksen tiskaamisesta.

Asiakkaiksi ovat ilman ennakkovarausta tervetulleita kaikki, jotka haluavat tutustua Kuunsillan kerhotilaan, naapureihinsa tai Ravintolapäivän tarjontaan!

The Tenants' Committee of Pilvilinna and Kuunsilta will open the doors of the Common Room on Restaurant Day. Lunch is served from 11:00 am to 2:50 pm and dinner from 3:10 pm to 7:00 pm. Tenants' Committee will sell coffee and tea, and other sellers will sell whatever they like. The only restriction is that serving alcohol is not allowed.

There are tables for 4 sellers at lunchtime, and for another 4 sellers at dinnertime. There is also room for 3 sellers who bring their own tables with them. Tenants of Pilvilinna, Kuunsilta and Kotivalo can sign up as sellers by sending email to the Tenants' Committee (tys.kuunsilta[a]gmail.com). Please tell us whether you prefer lunch or dinner, and if you are going to bring a table with you. You can sign up alone or with a group of friends - we recommend the latter, it's more fun with friends!

It doesn't cost you any money to sign up, but all sellers must help with cleaning the room during or after the event. If you hate washing the dishes, you can bring paper plates for your customers.

Customers don't need to sign up anywhere. Everybody is welcome to see the Common Room, meet their neighbours and taste the great Restaurant Day food!

Asukastoimikunnan kokous maanantaina 8.4. kello 19

Asukastoimikunnan seuraava kokous pidetään Pilvilinnan 9L-talon kerhotilassa maanantaina 8.4.2013 kello 19. Ennen kokousta on mahdollista tutustua kuntosali- ja lainatavarakaappiin ja rekisteröityä sen käyttäjäksi kello 18.40-19.00.

The Tenants' Committee of Pilvilinna and Kuunsilta will have its next meeting in the Common Room of Pilvilinna 9L on Monday, 8 April at 7pm. Before the meeting there is an opportunity to see the contents of the gym locker and sign up to have access to it from 6.40pm to 7pm.
