Kuunsillan kerhotila, varattava juhlatila ja saunat // Common Room, Hall and saunas of Kuunsilta, gardening equipment's.

Kaikki Kuunsillan asukkaat voivat varata Kuunsillan kerhotilan yhteydessä olevan juhlatilan yksityistilaisuutta varten. Juhlatilaan mahtuu enintään 50 henkilöä kerrallaan. Juhlatilassa on pöytien, tuolien ja sohvien lisäksi käytössä mm. TV, lasten leikkikeittiö astioineen ja muoviruokineen, astioita aikuisille ja lapsille sekä vedenkeitin ja kahvinkeitin.

Voit tarkistaa mahdollisuuden varata tiettynä päivänä sekä varata juhlatilan lähettämällä sähköpostia asukastoimikunnalle osoitteeseen tys.kuunsilta@gmail.com. Asukastoimikunta avaa juhlatilan oven 50 euron panttia vastaan. Saat pantin takaisin, kun olet siivonnut kerhotilan ja juhlatilan käyttösi jälkeen. Myös kerhotilassa alkaa hiljaisuus kello 23.00.

Kerhotilan yhteydessä on kaksi saunaa. Kuunsillan asukkaat voivat varata sauna 2:n TYS:n sähköisestä varausjärjestelmästä https://asukassivusto.tys.fi/asumisenpalvelut/tysbooking/. Sauna 3 on tilaussauna, jonka lämmittäminen maksaa 1.3.2013 alkaen 15 euroa ensimmäiseltä tunnilta, ja siitä eteenpäin 10 euroa/tunti. Kerhotilan käyttäjä voi varata saunan 3 lähettämällä sähköpostia asukastoimikunnalle, ja asukastoimikunta välittää tilauksen eteenpäin TYS:lle. Saunavaraus pitää tehdä viimeistään viikko etukäteen.

Keskiviikkoisin saunassa 2 on naisten ja saunassa 3 miesten lenkkisaunavuorot. Juhlatilan vuokraajia pyydetään ottamaan huomioon, että lenkkisaunojat ja oman saunavuoron varanneet saunojat kulkevat saunalle kerhotilan eteisen kautta.

Kerhotilan eteisessä on keittonurkkaus. Mini kitchen is located in the entrance hall.

All tenants of Kuunsilta can reserve the Hall of the Common Room of Kuunsilta to organize an event there. The maximum capacity of the room is 50 persons at a time. 

You can check if the Hall is available on a certain date and make a reservation via email: tys.kuunsilta@gmail.com. The tenants' committee will open the door to the Hall in exchange for a deposit of 50 euros. You will get the deposit back after cleaning up the Hall and the Common Room. Remember that silence begins at 11pm.

There are two saunas next to the Common Room. Tenants of Kuunsilta can reserve sauna 2 via https://asukassivusto.tys.fi/asumisenpalvelut/tysbooking/. Sauna 3 is available only on special request. From 1 March 2013 it costs 15 euros for the first hour, and 10 euros/hour from then on to warm up sauna 3. If you have reserved the Common Room and want to reserve sauna 3, too, please send email to the tenants' committee. The committee will forward your request to TYS office. Please make a sauna reservation at least one week in advance.
Sauna 1 is located next to Kuunsilta L. It can be booked via https://asukassivusto.tys.fi/asumisenpalvelut/tysbooking/ as well.

On Wednesdays there are free joggers' saunas for women in sauna 2 and for men in sauna 3. If you are organizing an event in the Common Room, please note that there may be people going to sauna through the entrance hall of the Common Room.

Saapumisohjeet vieraille, voit kopioida ne tästä kutsuun (nämä ovat vanhentuneita bussiaikataulujen osalta, päivitämme ne mahdollisimman pian):

Paikalle pääsee hyvin julkisilla: bussit 55, 56, 14 ja 15 kulkevat vierestä ja pois kannattaa jäädä pysäkillä 1622 tai 1617, joka on kaikilla linjoilla toinen pysäkki Jumppalan jälkeen, linjasta riippuen saman risteyksen jommalla kummalla puolella. Räntämäen linjat 55 ja 56 (mutta EI 55A!) tulevat Halisten kautta, käyvät ylämäen päättöpysäkillä kääntymässä ja palaavat vähän takaisinpäin tullen sitten Siwan ohi. Nappia painetaan, kun bussi ohittaa oikealla olevia harmaita kuution muotoisia pienkerrostaloja. 14 ja 15 kulkevat oikealle jäävän Halistupa-grillikioskin ohi ja ylämäkeen samojen talojen ohi. Bussipysäkiltä kävellään kahdeksikonmuotoisen kolmikerroksisen kerrostalon alemmalle sisäpihalle, jossa on grilli ja lasten leikkipaikka. Voi myös kiertää parkkipaikan puolelta alhaalta.

Bussi 99 tulee Halistuvan kohdalle kummastakin suunnasta ja tällöin pois kannattaa jäädä Maunu Tavastin kadulla - Skanssin suunnasta tullessa heti sen jälkeen, kun S-marketin jälkeen on käännytty isosta mutkasta vasemmalle (pysäkki 1406) ja Länsikeskuksen suunnasta tullessa viimeisellä suoran pysäkillä, oikealle jäävien Koroisten peltojen jälkeen kun tulee oikealla puolella puita ja ok-taloja (pysäkki 1409). Silloin kävellään Ritzinkujalle, joka on pysäkin 1406 puolella katua ja sama talokompleksi näkyy noin parinsadan metrin päässä puiston laidalla vasemmalla puolella tietä.

Parkkipaikka on päiväkodin edessä ja asukastila päiväkodin yläkerrassa, toisessa kerroksessa, käynti harmaasta rappukongista, jonka kirjain on S. Pyörän voi jätttää päiväkodin eteen tai porttikonkiin, kuten lastenvaunut. Portti on lasten turvallisuuden takia pidettävä suljettuna. There are basic equipment's for gardening in the main bicycle storage, its available for all the tenants, and no need for reservation, all kuunsilta residence can borrow them, please its kind of you to return them back as soon as you finish.
