Asukastoimikunnan kokous tiistaina 21.1.2014
Asukastoimikunnan seuraava kokous pidetään tiistaina 21.1.2014 kello 19 alkaen Pilvilinnan 9L-kerhohuoneella. Kokouksessa päätetään seuraavien tapahtumien järjestämisestä, kerhotiloihin hankittavista tavaroista sekä Pilvilinnan 7I-kerhohuoneen varausjärjestelmästä.
Kaikki Kuunsillan ja Pilvilinnan asukkaat ovat tervetulleita kokoukseen! Kokouksen yhteydessä voi myös maksaa 5 € rekisteröitymismaksun, jolla saa käyttöönsä kaikki kerhotilan kuntosali- ja lainatavarakaapin välineet. Kokoukseen osallistuneet asukkaat saavat myös varata Kuunsillan kerhotilaa maksutta vuonna 2014.

Fix the Common Room, part 2
Joulukuussa 2013 järjestettiin Kerhotilatalkoot, osa 1. Talkoissa maalattiin seinä, koottiin pingispöytä ja asennettiin ääntä vaimentavia sisustustauluja.
Kerhotilatalkoot, osa 2 pidetään 13.-17. tammikuuta 2014. Toiminta alkaa maanantaina 13.1.2014 kello 17. Talkoissa maalataan toinen seinä, asennetaan ikkunaverhot ja päällystetään tuolit. Lisäksi siivotaan ja järjestellään niin paljon kuin intoa riittää.
Asukastoimikunta tarjoaa joka ilta pizzaa ja omalla SodaStream-koneella tehtyä limonadia kaikille talkoiden osallistujille! Talkoissa voi myös rekisteröityä kuntosalikaapin käyttäjäksi. Talkoiden osallistujat saavat varata kerhotilaa maksutta myös vuonna 2014. Tervetuloa kaikki Pilvilinnan ja Kuunsillan asukkaat!
The Tenants' Committee organized Fix the Common Room, part 1 in December 2013. During the event we painted a wall, assembled the ping pong table and put some echo-reducing art on the wall.
Fix the Common Room, part 2 will be held from 13th to 17th January 2014. The event will start on Monday 13th Jan at 5pm. This time we are going to paint another wall, hang the window curtains and put new fabric on old chairs. We will also clean up and organize as much as we can.
The Tenants' Committee will serve pizza and lemonade that we make using our brand new SodaStream machine to everyone who joins us to help, every evening during the event! There is also a chance to sign up to the gym locker. Those who participate in Fix the Common Room event may use the Common Room for free in 2014. All tenants of Pilvilinna and Kuunsilta are welcome!

Kuntosalikaapit päivitetty
Asukkaiden toiveiden mukaisesti kuntosalikaappeihin on hankittu uusia varusteita: hyppynaruja, kahvakuulia ja lasten leikkimattoja. Uudet varusteet löytyvät sekä Pilvilinnan että Kuunsillan kuntosalikaapeista. Näitä tavaroita saa käyttää kerhotilassa, mutta niitä ei saa viedä ulos kerhotilasta.
Lasten leikkimatot voi ottaa esille leikkimisen ajaksi. Leikin jälkeen niistä täytyy puhdistaa roskat ja tahrat, jos sellaisia on tullut, ja sitten rullata matot takaisin paikalleen kaappiin.
Kahvakuulia hankittiin kumpaankin kaappiin kolme: 6 kg, 10 kg ja 16 kg. Kuulat täytyy ehdottomasti laittaa takaisin kaappiin alimmalle hyllylle, koska se kestää suuremman kuorman kuin ylempi hylly!
Jos haluat saada kuntosalikaapin sisältämät tavarat käyttöösi, tulosta tästä lainasopimus. Tuo täytetty sopimus ja 5 € asukastoimikunnalle, niin saat sähköpostiisi kaapin avauskoodin. Saman perheen jäsenet voidaan rekisteröidä yhdellä sopimuksella.
The Tenants' Committee has bought new items to the gym lockers according to tenants' wishes: a jumping rope, kettle bells and play mats for children. Identical items are located in Kuunsilta Common Room upstairs of the daycare and in Pilvilinna 9L Common Room. It is allowed to use these items in the Common Room, but it is strictly forbidden to take them out of the room.
You can put the play mats on the floor while your children are playing in the Common Room. After the play, please remove dirt if the mats have gotten dirty, and then roll them up and put them back in the locker.
The three kettle bells are 6 kg, 10 kg and 16 kg. It is important to place them on the lowest shelf, because it can carry heavier load than the upper shelf!
If you want to have access to all these items and many more, print this contract and fill it. Bring the signed contact and 5 € cash to the Tenants' Committee, and you will get the locker's code to your email. All family members can be registered by the same contract.

Pingispöytä Kuunsillan kerhotilassa
Kerhotilatalkoissa koottiin yhdessä asukastoimikunnan ostama pingispöytä.
Pingistä saa pelata arkipäivisin kello 18-23, ja viikonloppuisin ja pyhäpäivisin kello 6-23, jos kerhotilassa ei ole kenenkään yksityistilaisuus käynnissä. Arkisin ei saa pelata ennen kello 18:a, koska emme halua häiritä kerhotilan alakerrassa olevan päiväkodin toimintaa.
Pingismailoja ja -palloja löytyy kerhotilan kuntosali- ja lainatavarakaapista. Maksamalla 5€ asukastoimikunnalle voit rekisteröityä kaapin käyttäjäksi, ja sen jälkeen voit käyttää kaikkia kaapista löytyviä välineitä ilman muita maksuja. Rekisteröityä voi kaikissa asukastoimikunnan järjestämissä tilaisuuksissa. Asukastoimikunta lähettää kaapin koodin sähköpostilla rekisteröityneille käyttäjille. Rekisteröityneet käyttäjät voivat kutsua myös ulkopuolisia käyttämään välineitä yhdessä kanssaan, mutta kaapin koodia ei saa kertoa kenellekään ulkopuoliselle.
Asukastoimikunta toivoo, että pelaajat merkitsevät pingisvälinekotelosta löytyvään vihkoon nimensä aina, kun käyvät pelaamassa. Haluamme tietää, kuinka moni käyttää pöytää, ja kuinka usein. Jos välineitä puuttuu tai hajoaa, ilmoittakaa siitäkin asukastoimikunnalle (tys.kuunsilta[at]gmail.com).

The ping pong table in the Common Room of Kuunsilta was bought by the Tenants' Committee, and it was assembled together in Fix the Common Room event.
It is allowed to play on weekdays from 6pm to 11pm, and on weekends and holidays from 6am to 11pm, if there is no private event going on in the Common Room. It is forbidden to play on weekdays before 6pm, because we do not want to disturb the daycare under the Common Room.
There is a set of ping pong rackets and balls in the gym locker. It costs 5€ to sign up to use the locker, and after that you can use everything in the locker without any other costs. You can sign up in every event organized by the Tenants' Committee. The Committee will send the opening code via email to those who have signed up. If you have access to the locker, you may invite others to play together with you, but you are not allowed to tell the code to anyone else.
The Tenants' Committee asks all players to write their names in the notebook in the ping pong set always when they start their game. We want to know how many people use the table and how often. If there are missing or broken equipment in the set, please notify the Tenants' Committee (tys.kuunsilta[at]gmail.com).
The Committee is sure that all ping pong players in Kuunsilta are good and responsible people who put everything back to its correct place and fold the table in storing position after the game. Welcome to play!

Kerhotilatalkoot - Fix the Common Room 4.12.2013
Keskiviikkona 4.12.2013 kello 17 alkaen järjestetään kerhotilan kunnostustalkoot Kuunsillan kerhotilassa (S-rappu, päiväkodin yläkerrassa). Talkoissa kootaan kaappi ja pingispöytä, ommellaan ja ripustetaan ikkunaverhot sekä maalataan seinä. Tavarat ja huonekalut puhdistetaan ja järjestetään paikoilleen.
Asukastoimikunta tarjoaa pizzaa kaikille talkoiden osallistujille! Illan päätteeksi lämmitetään lenkkisaunat - naisille sauna 2 ja miehille sauna 3. Kaikki Kuunsillan ja Pilvilinnan asukkaat, jotka käyvät kirjoittamassa nimensä talkoiden osallistujalistaan, voivat varata kerhotilaa maksutta myös vuonna 2014.
