Kaikki osallistujat saavat myös kerhotilan varauskupongin, jolla voi varata Kuunsillan kerhotilan maksutta yhdeksi päiväksi yksityistilaisuutta varten. Tutustumisillassa voi myös 5 euron rekisteröitymismaksua vastaan liittyä lainatavarakaappien käyttäjäksi.
All tenants of Kuunsilta and Pilvilinna are welcome to the Common Room of Kuunsilta to see what the Tenants' Committee and the new neighbours look like! The event takes place in Kuunsilta Common Room, building S, on Wednesday 24th September. The Committee serves snacks and soft drinks. Winner team of Local Orienteering will get a delicious prize.
Program of the event
5 to 6 pm Local Orienteering Start - categories for adults and families with kids
6 to 7 pm Local Orienteering winners are announced
7 to 8 pm Tips and lifehacks: how to reserve a sauna turn and laundry turn, how to make a notice of defects, how to reserve the Common Room, etc.
7 to 10 pm Saunas for men and women are warm - bring your own towel
All participants will get a Common Room Voucher which can be used to reserve the Common Room of Kuunsilta for one day for a private event. You can also pay 5 euros to sign up to the gym and rental item lockers.

Asukastoimikunnan seuraava kokous pidetään maanantaina 15.9.2014 kello 18 Kuunsillan kerhotilassa (S-rappu, päiväkodin yläkerrassa). Kaikki Kuunsillan ja Pilvilinnan asukkaat ovat tervetulleita kokoukseen! Tarjolla teetä, mehua ja keksejä.
Kokouksessa päätetään mm. syksyn tapahtumien järjestelyistä, Pilvilinnan 7i-kerhotilan sisustamisesta sekä viljelylaatikoiden hankkimisesta kasvimaalle. Kokouksen yhteydessä voi myös rekisteröityä lainatavarakaapin käyttäjäksi. Jokainen kokouksen osallistuja saa myös kerhotilakupongin, jolla voi varata Kuunsillan kerhotilan maksutta yhdeksi päiväksi.

Neljän tunnin talkoiden jälkeen kasvimaa alkoi näyttää tältä:

Kaikki asukkaat voivat poimia kasvimaan vieressä kasvavia viinimarjoja. Marjapensaat ovat yhteisiä, mutta kasvipalstoilla kasvava sato kuuluu vain niille, jotka ovat varanneet itselleen kasvipalstan.
All tenants may eat the currants that grow next to the Garden Plots. The berry bushes are there for everyone to enjoy them. But whatever grows on the Garden Plots belongs to those who have reserved a Garden Plot for private use.
Myöhemmin syksyllä järjestetään vielä toiset talkoot, joissa vaihdetaan kasvimaan multa ja rakennetaan viljelylaatikoita. Halukkaat asukkaat voivat varata viljelylaatikon käyttöönsä kesäksi 2015. Talkoiden osallistujat ovat etusijalla, kun laatikoita ja viljelypalstoja jaetaan!
Another Garden Plot community effort will be organized later this autumn, to replace the soil and build some Garden Boxes. Tenants who are interested in gardening can reserve a Garden Box for summer 2015. Those who participate in the community effort will get first place in line when reserving a Garden Plot or Garden Box!

Syksyn tapahtumia
Kaikki Pilvilinnan ja Kuunsillan asukkaat ovat tervetulleita asukastoimikunnan järjestämiin tapahtumiin. Asukastoimikunta tarjoaa kaikissa tapahtumissa pientä syötävää ja alkoholitonta juotavaa. Jokainen osallistuja saa myös Kuunsillan kerhotilan varauskupongin, jolla voi varata kerhotilan yhdeksi päiväksi yksityistilaisuutta varten.
Kasvimaatalkoot lauantaina 6.9. kello 12
Kitketään rikkaruohot ja siistitään Pilvilinnan kasvimaa. Samalla suunnitellaan myöhemmin syksyllä pidettäviä isompia talkoita, joissa rakennetaan kasvimaalle viljelylaatikoita. Talkoiden osallistujat ovat etusijalla, kun kasvipalstoja jaetaan keväällä 2015.

Kaikki TYSsin asukkaat ovat tervetulleita kiertämään eri asuntokohteissa. Nopeimmin kaikki rastit löytäville luvassa haalarimerkki. Kuunsillan rasti on kerhotilassa (S-rappu, päiväkodin yläkerta) kello 16-19.

TYS Village Orienteering on Friday 19th September
All TYS tenants are invited to take a look around different housing locations. Those who are the quickest to find all control points get a badge for the student overall costume. The control point of Kuunsilta is in the Common Room (building S, upstairs of the daycare) from 4pm to 7pm.

The meeting will decide about rules of using Common Rooms, give tenants' opinion about TYS rent rates in 2015, and elect members to the Tenants' Committee. All tenants who are 18 years or older have the right to vote and are eligible for election. Pizza will be served in the meeting!

Naisten olohuone aloittaa 26.8.2014
Naisten olohuone on naapuruston naisten oma oleskelupaikka, jossa voi tavata muita ja sosialisoida myös talven pimeydessä, kun ulkona ei kehenkään törmää. Tule yksin tai lasten kanssa, tarjolla teetä ja joskus keksejäkin. Täällä voi tehdä käsitöitä, istua, jutella, venytellä tai vaikka vain olla. Parittomien viikkojen tiistai-iltaisin kello 17:30-19:30 Kuunsillan kerhotilassa päiväkodin yläkerrassa. Jos ovi on lukossa, kolkuta ja odota hetki. All tenants of Kuunsilta and Pilvilinna are welcome to the meeting of the Tenants' Committee! Everyone who shows up will get one Common Room Voucher. There is also a chance to sign up to the gym and rental items locker and pay the 5 € registration fee there.
