Naisten olohuone on naapuruston naisten oma oleskelupaikka, jossa voi tavata muita ja sosialisoida myös talven pimeydessä, kun ulkona ei kehenkään törmää. Tule yksin tai lasten kanssa, tarjolla teetä ja joskus keksejäkin. Täällä voi tehdä käsitöitä, istua, jutella, venytellä tai vaikka vain olla. Parittomien viikkojen tiistai-iltaisin kello 17:30-19:30 Kuunsillan kerhotilassa päiväkodin yläkerrassa. Jos ovi on lukossa, kolkuta ja odota hetki. The Ladies' Lounge is a meeting point for all the women of the neighborhood during the long, dark winter evenings. You are welcome with or without kids to have a cup of tea, sit, knit or whatever you feel like doing in the company of other ladies. Every odd-numbered week on Tuesday 5:30-7:30 pm at Kuunsilta Common Room above the daycare center. Knock on the door if it's shut and wait for a moment. Kuunsillan kellarivarastot
Kuunsillan irtaimistovarastot sijaitsevat S-rapun eli päiväkotirakennuksen kellarissa.
// The storage cabins in Kuunsilta are located in the basement of building S, downstairs of the daycare.
Matkalla varastokopille tulee vastaan monta ovea, jotka saa auki kotiavaimilla. Ulko-oven jälkeen tulee kaksi väliovea - voit joutua kurkistamaan molempien taakse, jotta löydät sinun asuntoosi kuuluvan varastokopin. // You will have to open many doors to get to your storage cabin. Your home keys will work on all those doors. Behind the outermost door there will be two doors, the left and the right one - and you may have to check both of them when looking for the storage cabin assigned to your apartment.
Vasemmanpuoleisen oven takana on vielä yksi ovi, jonka takana on lisää varastokoppeja. // Behind the left door there is one more door, and behind that door there are still more storage cabins.
TYS on lukinnut tyhjät kopit, jotta kukaan ei ottaisi naapurin koppia luvattomasti käyttöön. Kun haluat kopin käyttöösi, pyydä huoltomiehiä poistamaan lukko tekemällä vikailmoitus TYS:n nettisivulla. Sen jälkeen voit laittaa tilalle oman lukkosi. // TYS has locked unused storage cabins to make sure that your storage cabin is not filled with other people's stuff when you move in. When you want to use your storage cabin, ask the maintenance men to remove the lock via the Notice of Defects Form on TYS website. After that you can bring your own padlock to lock the storage cabin.
Kaikille asunnoille on varattu yksi varastokoppi. Valitettavasti koppia ei voi vaihtaa, vaikka naapuriasunnolla olisi tyhjänä suurempi koppi kuin sinun asunnollesi varattu. Wanted: avainhenkilö Pilvilinnaan
Kuunsillan ja Pilvilinnan asukastoimikunta on päättänyt kokouksessaan keväällä 2014 pyytää, että TYS vaihtaa Pilvilinnan 7I-kerhotilan oveen uuden lukon. Kerhotilaan on tähän asti ollut vapaa pääsy kaikilla Pilvilinnan asukkailla. Kerhotilassa vuodesta toiseen jatkuneen ilkivallan vuoksi lukko on nyt päätetty vaihtaa.
Kerhotila on kuitenkin tarkoitus pitää edelleen asukkaiden käytettävissä. Pilvilinnaan kaivataan nyt muutaman avainhenkilön joukkoa, josta joku käy avaamassa oven (tai pudottamassa laina-avaimen postilaatikkoon) silloin, kun joku asukkaista haluaa päästä kerhotilaan.
Avainhenkilöt saavat sopia itse, miten varauskalenteri ja ovenavausvuorot järjestetään. Kuunsillan ja Pilvilinnan asukastoimikunta voi tarjota mallin, kuinka perustetaan uusi sähköpostiosoite kerhotilavarauksia varten, ja kuinka luodaan kerhotilan varauskalenteri nettiin. Mutta jos avainhenkilöt keksivät paremman systeemin, niin Kuunsillan mallia ei ole pakko käyttää. Avainhenkilöiden yhteystietoina voidaan ilmoittaa joko puhelinnumero, oma sähköposti tai kerhotilan sähköposti, mikä vain parhaiten sopii.
Asukastoimikunnalla on vuoden 2014 määrärahaa käyttämättä vielä yli tuhat euroa. The Tenants' Committee of Kuunsilta and Pilvilinna decided in a meeting in 2014 to ask TYS to change the locks of Pilvilinna 7I Common Room. Until now, all tenants of Pilvilinna have had access to the room. But because of continuous vandalism the lock will be changed.
The Common Room will still be available to tenants. We just need a group of Keyholders, who will open the door (or drop the key to a mailbox) when someone wants to get in the Common Room.
The Keyholders can decide how to organize the reservations calendar and whose turn it is to open the door. If you like, the Tenants' Committee of Kuunsilta and Pilvilinna can help to create a new email address for Common Room reservations and an online reservations calendar. But if you can think of a better system, you don't need to do it the same way. A Keyholder's public contact information can be a phone number, your own email address or the Common Room's email address, whatever works for you.
The Tenants' Committee still has over 1000 euros of allowance money to spend in 2014. We can buy for example new furniture, games and accessories to 7I Common Room, as soon as the new key is given to a Keyholder. And of course the Keyholders' opinion counts, when we decide what to buy.

Seuraava Ravintolapäivä järjestetään lauantaina 17.5.2014. Asukastoimikunta avaa jälleen Café Kuunsillan ovet halukkaille myyjille ja ostajille.
Asukastoimikunnan kokouksessa torstaina 8.5.2014 kello 19 alkaen päätetään, mihin aikaan Café Kuunsilta avaa ovensa, ja kuinka monta myyjää mahtuu mukaan. Jos haluat mukaan myymään omia ruokiasi, tule kokoukseen Kuunsillan kerhotilaan, tai lähetä viesti asukastoimikunnalle (tys.kuunsilta[ät]gmail.com) ja kerro, minkälaista ruokaa aiot myydä. Voit osallistua yksin tai muutaman hengen tiiminä. Myyntipaikasta ei peritä maksua, mutta kaikkien myyjien täytyy osallistua kerhotilan loppusiivoukseen.

The Tenants' Committee will have a meeting on Thursday, 8th May 2014, starting at 7pm, to decide what time Café Kuunsilta will open and how many sellers may join. If you want to reserve a seller's table, come to the meeting in Kuunsilta Common Room, or send email to the Committee (tys.kuunsilta[ät]gmail.com). Please tell us what type of food you are going to sell. You can participate alone, or make a team with friends. It does not cost you any money to reserve a seller's table, but all sellers must help with cleaning after the event.
The Committee will inform all tenants of Kuunsilta and Pilvilinna about the Restaurant Day, and we will also put advertisement of Café Kuunsilta on the website restaurantday.org. The more there are sellers and customers invited by them, the more fun it will be!

Bussien 55 ja 56 reitti muuttunut
Kesäaikataulujen myötä bussien 55 ja 56 reitti on muuttunut. Bussit eivät aja enää Orikedolle asti, vaan niiden kääntöpaikka on nykyisin Maunu Tavastin kadulla.
Seuraava bussi keskustaan lähtee edelleen pysäkiltä 1616, Emmauksenkadun ja Ritzinkujan risteyksen vierestä. Aikataulut löytyvät myös pdf-muodossa.
Did you notice that as the bus traffic switched to summer timetables, the routes 55 and 56 changed a little? They don't go all the way to Oriketo anymore, as their end stop is located in Maunu Tavastin katu now.

Asukastoimikunnan seuraava kokous pidetään torstaina 8.5.2014 kello 19 alkaen Kuunsillan kerhotilassa. Kaikki Kuunsillan ja Pilvilinnan asukkaat ovat tervetulleita kokoukseen! Kokoustarjoiluna on kahvia, mehua ja keksejä.
